Question 1

Is this a one-time price or a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Every app edition listed with a price is a one-time purchase. You pay once for that operating system edition and keep it — there is no recurring charge unless a product page explicitly says it is a subscription.

Question 2

Why does the same app cost different amounts on Windows, Mac and Android?

Accepted Answer

Each operating system edition is built, tested and supported separately, so each one is priced on its own. Desktop editions include the full feature set, while the mobile edition is priced lower for on-the-go use.

Question 3

How do I pay, and is checkout secure?

Accepted Answer

Checkout is handled by Shopify, so your card details never touch our site. Major credit and debit cards and Shopify's supported wallets are accepted, and prices are shown in US dollars.

Question 4

Will I get an invoice or receipt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A receipt is emailed automatically the moment payment clears, along with a thank-you email containing your secure download links.

Question 5

Do I pay again for updates?

Accepted Answer

No. Updates for the version you bought are included and appear in My Library at no extra cost.

Question 6

What is included in a bundle?

Accepted Answer

A bundle groups several editions of the same app into one purchase. A Windows + Mac bundle unlocks both desktop editions, and a Complete bundle unlocks Windows, Mac and Android together.

Question 7

How much do bundles save me?

Accepted Answer

Bundles are always priced below the total of the editions bought separately. The exact saving is shown on each bundle's product page.

Question 8

Do bundle downloads unlock all at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As soon as payment clears, every edition in the bundle appears in My Library and can be downloaded immediately.

Question 9

I already bought one edition — can I upgrade to the bundle?

Accepted Answer

Contact support with your order number and we'll help you move up to the bundle without paying twice for what you already own.

Question 10

Can I install a bundle on more than one computer?

Accepted Answer

Each purchase includes a single-seat license per edition. If you need multiple seats for a team, contact us for team pricing.

Question 11

When do I get my files?

Accepted Answer

Files stay locked until payment is confirmed. Once it is, they unlock instantly in My Library and a download link is emailed to you.

Question 12

How do I install the Windows edition?

Accepted Answer

Download the .exe installer, double-click it and follow the prompts. If Windows shows a SmartScreen notice for a new publisher, choose More info, then Run anyway.

Question 13

How do I install the Mac edition?

Accepted Answer

Open the .dmg file and drag the app into your Applications folder. The first time you open it, right-click the app and choose Open so macOS lets you confirm.

Question 14

How do I install the Android edition?

Accepted Answer

Download the .apk to your phone or tablet, then tap it to install. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser or file manager the first time.

Question 15

Can I download my files again later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. My Library keeps your purchases permanently, so you can re-download onto a new device any time.

Question 16

My download link expired — what now?

Accepted Answer

Emailed links expire for security. Just sign in and download from My Library instead, where links are refreshed automatically.

Question 17

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because these are digital downloads, sales are final once the files have been delivered. If a product doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Question 18

I bought the wrong operating system edition — can I swap it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you haven't downloaded the wrong edition yet, contact support with your order number and we'll switch you to the right one.

Question 19

The app won't install or run. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Reach out through the support page with your order number, your operating system and a short description of what you see. Most issues are solved the same business day.

Question 20

How long does support take to reply?

Accepted Answer

We reply within one business day, and usually much sooner.
